Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order and this process often takes 2-6 business days.
Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days after it’s shipped. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.
For special locations such as /Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military APO/FPO and International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

RETURN & REFUND

REPLACEMENT & REFUND

Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (I) the product itself is flawed, (II) wrong product (size, color, etc...), or (III) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.
Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURN

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via support@ezziprint.com or our contact form at https://www.ezziprint.com/pages/contact-us within 15 business days of order delivery to explain your grievance.
There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.
